Curriculum Coordinator Job Description

At Senpaq'cin School, we are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform curriculum development and implementation
  • Develop and maintain curriculum content, including lesson plans and educational materials
  • Supervise and support education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
  • Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements
  • Conduct statistical analyses to determine the effectiveness of education policies and programs
  • Provide professional development and training to teachers
  • Develop teaching materials and resources for program delivery
  • Deliver presentations at conferences and workshops
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in education or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
