Curriculum Coordinator Job Description

Senpaq'cin School is seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to inform curriculum development and implementation
  • Develop and maintain curriculum programs, including lesson plans and teaching materials
  • Supervise education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
  • Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements
  • Conduct statistical analyses to determine cost and effectiveness of education policies and programs
  • Provide on-going professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers
  • Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in education policy or curriculum development
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
