About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team at Senpaq'cin School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum programs, conducting research, and providing professional development opportunities to teachers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that align with the school's mission and goals
  • Conduct research to inform curriculum development and improve educational outcomes
  • Provide professional development opportunities to teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Supervise and support education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
  • Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements
  • Conduct statistical analyses to determine the effectiveness of education policies and programs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in curriculum development and implementation
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
