We create commercials and purchase airtime across various channels and platforms to acquire monthly donors, raise substantial funds, and enhance brand awareness for the charities we serve.

We are a mission-driven, specialized agency that develops and delivers highly effective fundraising campaigns with significant impact. Our team strives to excel at producing successful TV campaigns and develop new media landscape strategies.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, based on industry standards and market research.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and production of high-quality direct response TV campaigns, from concept development to final project completion, collaborating with our VP of Fundraising Strategy.
  • Direct and collaborate with our in-house creative editors and graphics team in a fast-paced environment to produce commercials meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Sourcing, directing, and collaborating with a network of freelancers and creative agencies to augment our in-house team for the production of concepts and commercials.
  • Review and approve all final creative and versioning with a high attention to detail.
  • Develop and participate in creative presentations to clients.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of all clients' fundraising, brand, marketing, and organizational objectives and needs.
  • Drive constant improvements to Eaglecom's creative quality and output, and our ability to innovate, exceed client expectations, and lead our industry.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current DRTV best practices, as well as emerging techniques and trends for CTV, YouTube, and other connected channels.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience and knowledge of DRTV, marketing, and brand.
  • Openness to learning, adapting, growing, and evolving alongside our creative team.
