At PBS Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Management Software (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers in the Service module of our software.

The Role:

As an Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning and developing an understanding of the PBS software and its applications in the Service module
  • Providing training and support to customers on the use of our DMS software
  • Assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, as well as on-site training when required
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the service area of a dealership, preferably with 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry
  • High School Diploma and computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, effective time management and organizational skills, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
