Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Bestway Tire & Automotive Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, post journal entries, and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent written communication and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent written communication, dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
Benefits

Compensation
