The Cash Management Specialist plays a key role in our business clients' success. As their primary contact, you will provide critical support from day one and every day forward. Your responsibilities will include initial onboarding activities, such as opening, installation, and activation of cash management products and services, along with required documentation and electronic entries.

You will be responsible for delivering client service and support, processing and operations, administration and reporting. You will also work collaboratively with our team of business banking professionals to provide full-service solutions for clients and help them achieve their financial goals.

Some key aspects of this role include:

  • Delivering exceptional client experiences at every interaction
  • Executing plans to continuously build the client experience, in line with CWB's brand promise
  • Providing proactive service and support, including responding to requests and delivering regular follow-up
  • Administering sales activities, marketing campaigns, and local market initiatives
  • Using prioritization and triage skills to balance diverse accounts, apply policy requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations

This role requires strong business and cash management market knowledge, as well as a foundation in business administration or commerce. You should have real-life experience, preferably in banking and business support or administration type roles. Knowledge of cash management, deposit, and investment products, along with an awareness of Payment Canada Rules, is also beneficial.

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
