We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at CDW Canada. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our online campaigns.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns on digital platforms such as StackAdapt, Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian media landscape, including digital and traditional media, and be able to translate data into actionable insights.

This is a full-time position that requires strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

In this role, you will work closely with our creative teams to develop visual and copy assets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing projects. If you have experience working with project management tools like Workfront, Trello, or Asana, that's a definite plus

Bilingualism in English and French is an asset, but not required. What we're looking for is someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid ad campaigns on digital platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, compliance, budget management, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain project trackers, invoices, and purchase orders for all paid media activities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
