Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of the role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. As a team player, you will be expected to maintain a client-focused approach and demonstrate flexibility in your work.
