Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 998142 ONT INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 33-35 hours per week.
