Pizza Hut Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit accurate reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
