About the RoleThis 4-month term and 8-month term full-time opportunity, starting in January 2025, will have you working in Edmonton, AB, supporting our branch network by administering transactions related to payments, deposits, cash management products, registered products, and estates. You'll be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the bank and its customers, maintaining long-term document control, and implementing operations optimization to enhance procedures and best practices.
What You'll Learn- Financial transactions, including executing activities related to registered products, payments, deposits, cash management products, and estates' administration
- Risk management, working with high-risk and high-client-impact processes, including large dollar transactions and transactions with tax implications
- Documentation and electronic reporting for all applicable tasks
- Operations optimization, addressing potential procedure enhancements and sharing with management and peers
- Privacy and confidentiality, maintaining the bank's and customers' confidentiality and adhering to the employee code of conduct
- Collaboration, providing direct support to the CWB branch network to deliver a "best-in-class" customer experience
- Performance measures, reviewing SLA targets with individual leaders to ensure client needs are met
