Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, including food preparers and customer service representatives.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
