Job Description:- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Manage incoming correspondence and distribute relevant information
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic records
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
- Possess a College/CEGEP diploma
- Have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 35 hours per week
- Permanent full-time position
