Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Jordat General Merchandise Inc. as a key member of our sales operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Effectively allocate sales staff to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payment requests to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary inventory, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Authorize Returns: Review and approve return requests to maintain customer satisfaction and minimize losses.
  • Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers to promote products, handle sales, and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Cash Management: Supervise cash handling procedures to prevent losses and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor office and volunteer staff to ensure effective teamwork and high performance.
