About the Role

As a Wireless Retail Manager, you will play a key role in our success. We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on manager to lead a team of talented experts and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics, as well as recruiting, coaching, and HR functions.

Requirements

  • Retail management experience, preferably in wireless or electronics
  • Proven ability to drive team, sales results, and service with operational effectiveness
  • Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
  • Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good customer service instincts and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
