Key Responsibilities

As a Wireless Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of talented experts to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will drive sales results, service, and operational effectiveness, while managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics.

Candidate Requirements

  • Retail management experience in wireless or electronics (a definite asset)
  • Proven ability to drive team, sales results, and service with operational effectiveness
  • Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
  • Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good customer service instincts: Action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
