We are a dynamic and growing restaurant, passionate about serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our kitchen team. As an Ethnic Food Specialist, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, and ensuring the highest quality of food service. You will also be involved in training staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high culinary standards.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Inventory Control: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
