Job DescriptionThis role involves servicing a wide range of products, including currently supported and end-of-life systems. You will perform software disaster recoveries, provide technical support to end-users and other field staff, and install server/client software and setup switches. Additionally, you will repair computer hardware and software, conduct ULC inspections of fire monitoring equipment, and maintain documentation required by management.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in access control, CCTV, intercom, and security systems installation and maintenance
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of product lines, including C-Cure 9000, Genetec Security Center, Avigilon ACC and ACM, and others
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues, multitask, and manage multiple ongoing service jobs simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass government security clearances and criminal background checks
- Competitive salary: $45/hour (dependent on experience)
