Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and service of personal lines insurance products (auto and home insurance)
  • Prospect and cross-sell by identifying additional products/services that benefit clients
  • Front-line risk assessment and selection following underwriting guidelines
  • Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality, and productivity
  • Support programs to build multi-client relationships
  • Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues appropriately

Requirements

  • General Insurance License is required or must obtain within two months
  • Meet all provincial-licensing requirements in accordance with continuing education to obtain and maintain licenses
  • One year of sales and service experience or related business experience preferred
  • Knowledge of auto and property insurance products and experience with selling techniques is an asset
  • Speaking Arabic and/or Farsi would be considered an asset

  • This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment
  • You may be required to have your own vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
  • You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment

Earn Approximately $55,000 to $65,000 Annually

Including a base salary of $45,000 and commissions up to $20,000 annually, based on performance and industry standards.
