Job Overview:

As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at William Osler Health System, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient-focused care in our Reactivation Care Centre. About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing safe nursing practice in all aspects of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as a member of an inter-professional team.
  • You will be required to maintain current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Medicine, with recent experience working with geriatric patients preferred.
  • Current BCLS certification and Medication Administration certificate required.
  • Excellent physical assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient care needs are essential.
