About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at FV Interior Ltd. As a key member of our retail division, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail division, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and management skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and high levels of customer interaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
