Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance IT Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial systems team, you will be responsible for performing end-user support, system administration, data management, compliance, and integration management duties for Marqeta's financial SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Marqeta's financial SaaS applications, including Sage Intacct and Airbase.
  • Perform system administration duties, including user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Manage data integrity using data management principles and best practices.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy enhancements in an Agile framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and accounting teams, to identify, design, and implement solutions that support core accounting, expense management, and financial management reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external and internal systems.
  • Perform security reviews, release updates, and system health checks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP, finance apps, user support, and system administration.
  • Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting SaaS applications.
  • Experience with finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Experience with reporting for month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year results.
  • Experience with audit controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with complex multi-phase projects.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations.
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and data management principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining systems such as Airbase, Floqast, Workiva, and Avalara.
  • Sage Intacct Implementation Certification.
