Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and outgoing Host to join our front door team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a Host, you will be the first and last impression our guests have of our restaurant, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with guests, and ensuring a smooth flow of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Help to create and maintain a positive and efficient atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Organize reservations, walk-in guests, and server flow to maximize seating capacity.
  • Engage with all guests entering and exiting the building in a kind and helpful manner.
  • Answer phone calls to handle guest inquiries.
  • Be a problem solver and supportive team player.

Requirements

  • The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
  • Previous service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
