Director of Commercial Credit Portfolio Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Commercial Credit team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of adjudicators and contributing to the quality and profitability of our Commercial Credit portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of adjudicators to ensure timely and accurate credit decisions
- Contribute to the development of credit policies and procedures
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective communication and service delivery
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive continuous growth and excellence
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of commercial banking and credit policies
- Expert knowledge of financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structuring
- Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written skills
