Director, Support Services
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Commercial Credit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of adjudicators, contributing to the quality of our Commercial Credit portfolio, and ensuring its profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of adjudicators to ensure timely and accurate credit decisions.
- Contribute to the development of credit policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze credit portfolio trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in credit risk management and portfolio analysis.
- Knowledge of commercial banking and credit policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
