Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Preet Ravi Petroleum LTD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Lead and Develop Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including social media, advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Financial Management: Oversee payroll administration, manage inventory, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Support Social and Labour Market Integration: Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
- Participate in Government or Community Programs: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Offer Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Participate in Government or Community Programs: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
- Apply Hiring Policies: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
