Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Best Pro Drywall Ltd. in a full-time permanent position.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
