At Ada, we're revolutionizing customer service with our AI-powered automation platform. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll play a crucial role in executing our roadmap and delivering a messaging platform that drives more volume to our AI-driven CX platform.

We're looking for a skilled engineer with expertise in backend technologies, including Python and JavaScript. Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch, as well as in-memory stores like Redis, is a must. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of CCaaS, SIP, WebRTC, IVR, and Telephony ecosystems, including VoIP protocols and contact center technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada's roadmap
  • Develop and maintain the messaging platform that drives more volume to our AI-driven CX platform
  • Provide insightful feedback and foster a collaborative community
  • Teach and mentor team members to improve our development practices
