Job Title: Project Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including quality, safety, and schedule risks

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
