Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Tribro Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate the work of project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and other construction management software
