Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tribro Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and supervise a team of project coordinators, engineers, and technicians to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and other construction management software.
