Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Radiological Technologist 3 to join the Computed Tomography team at Squamish Hospital in Squamish, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Perform computed tomography (CT) and radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental policy and procedures, ensuring safe radiation protection practices.
- Operate computerized imaging equipment, including processing and archiving of acquired data.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide high-quality patient care.
- Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) in Computed Tomography.
- Completion of an advanced specialty program in Computed Tomography and one year of recent experience in CT radiology procedures, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification - Basic Life Support (BCLS) level.
