Radiological Technologist 3, Computed Tomography/General Procedures

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Radiological Technologist to join the Computed Tomography team at Whistler Health Centre in Whistler, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Perform special procedure examinations in CT, adhering to departmental policies and procedures, while ensuring safe radiation protection practices.
- Complete requisitions, enter relevant data into the radiology information system, prepare examination trays and patients for procedures, operate computerized imaging equipment, and monitor patient and equipment performance.
- Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) in Computed Tomography.
- Completion of an advanced specialty program in Computed Tomography and one year of recent experience in CT radiology procedures, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification - Basic Life Support (BCLS) level.
