About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our Operations network, you will be responsible for managing a team of salaried and hourly talent, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and mentor your team to achieve business objectives and improve productivity
  • Lead large-scale projects with site and regional impact, driving improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring compliance with Amazon's high standards
  • Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 49 pounds, standing/walking for up to 12 hours, and working in variable temperatures and weather conditions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Ukrainian languages
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience
