About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Sam-Jeong Employment Services Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in a child care centre setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the development of children
  • Engage children in activities that foster their growth and well-being, such as storytelling, singing, and crafting
  • Support children in developing healthy habits, including eating, dressing, and toilet routines
  • Prepare snacks and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Child development assistant (ECE level 1) certification
