Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Development
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign requirements and develop effective email strategies.
    • Set up, test, and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring error-free deployments.
    • Build email journeys, including automations and drip sequences, to engage customers and drive business results.
    • Perform quality assurance on emails and journeys to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Deliver email campaign reports with actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Content Management
    • Manage website content and publish content to B2B platforms using Sitecore, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
    • Maintain a marketing content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all producer-facing properties.
    • Support IT with new site and functional deployments, performing site testing across browsers, platforms, and devices to ensure seamless user experiences.
    Key Qualifications
    • Education and Experience
      • Diploma in computer science or relevant studies, with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
      • Content Management Systems experience, preferably Sitecore.
      • Required email deployment platform experience, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Technical Skills
      • Solid HTML, CSS, and SQL skills.
      • Knowledge of Javascript, XML, JSON, and Salesforce AMPScript.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Soft Skills
      • Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, a strong sense of ownership, and accountability for tasks and projects.
