About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Cybersecurity Risk Management team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to our organization.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk management initiatives.
  3. Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure effective risk management.
  4. Lead a team of specialists in risk management and provide guidance on best practices.
  5. Deliver risk management services to Hitachi Vantara Corporation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize, create reporting, and oversee security findings.
  7. Improve management of security risks/issues and help identify areas of risk.
  8. Report on the services and their continuous improvement.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of experience in IT/Information Security Governance in large, global organizations (consulting, audit, or industry/operations).
  2. Experience in planning and operating security risk/issue management-related processes and services.
  3. Experience in Risk Management aligned to certification requirements (ISO27001, ISO31000, or similar) required.
  4. Knowledge of relevant security/governance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27001, CobiT, etc.) required.
  5. Experience in service build-up is a plus.
  6. Security Governance/Risk Management certification (CISSP, CGEIT, CISM, CRISC, etc.) is a plus.
