Restaurant General Manager Job Description

MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and retention.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business, or management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
