Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software for flight simulation systems, including autopilot, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and technologies.
  • Work on complex problems and drive innovative technical solutions to improve simulation accuracy and realism.
  • Contribute to the development of software tools and frameworks to support the simulation process.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on multi-discipline teams.
  • Strong software development skills, including the ability to write maintainable and robust code.
  • Knowledge of C++ programming language is essential.
  • Knowledge of another object-oriented programming language is an asset.
  • Autonomy, creativity, and a good sense of initiative.
  • Passion for understanding complex problems and driving innovative technical solutions.
  • Team-working skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
  • Available to travel and some schedule flexibility.
