Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the deployment of software solutions and tools across several Aspire Software subsidiaries
  • Lead, monitor, and motivate different teams across the company and interact with staff at all levels of the organization
  • Define the scope of the project, roles, and responsibilities along with various stakeholders
  • Develop schedules and methods for measuring results
  • Communicate status, actions, and issues to all applicable stakeholders
  • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilities
  • Coach and train staff on new tools
  • Lead and manage the integration process of newly acquired companies
  • Develop metrics to track and report on key performance indicators during Integration and restructuring phases
  • Lead cross-functional integration meetings to discuss project actions, enhancements, and issues and to ensure that objectives are met
  • Communicate with all stakeholders from Aspire Software and newly acquired targets during integration
  • Travel to acquired companies and execute on the integration and restructuring plan
  • Ensure all integration activities are completed according to the integration plan and timeline
  • Develop tools and reports to summarize overall progress and performance against playbook execution goals
  • Direct and coordinate the timelines, deliverables, and completion objectives for the two phases (Integrate, Restructure)
Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant working experience
  • 35 years of relevant working experience in a technical or IT project management setting
  • Good and effective problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
  • Good knowledge and understanding of relevant IT applications
  • Ability to always focus and pay attention to details
  • Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
