This is a casual opportunity for a Mental Health Clinician to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team at the Outreach Urban Health Centre in Kelowna, B.C.

About the Team:

The ACT team provides comprehensive, community-based psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation, and support to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the ACT team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
