Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at Korri Shefa. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing inventory, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time permanent position working 30 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, invoicing clients, and performing other accounting-related tasks.
  • Additionally, you will be required to answer client inquiries, provide information, and respond to phone calls and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff members.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
  • Use sales techniques and strategies to promote and sell products or services.
  • Perform personal and business errands for employers.
  • Maintain a filing system and keep confidential medical files and records.
  • Bill third-party insurers and establish and balance various accounts.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is also an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with website creation and management software is a plus.
