Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at PHS Trucking & Training Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
