- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on our sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our business and increase sales.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to ensure that our business has the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our wholesale business to ensure that it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
