Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at TSS Janitorial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our cleaning operations, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Work Setting: Cleaning service company
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling
