About the Job

This role involves managing store operations, including staffing, training, developing, and retaining staff. You will be accountable for all aspects of store management, from hours management to salesfloor and stockroom organization. Your primary focus will be on upholding company standards and policies while ensuring a high level of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including staffing, training, and development of part-time and full-time staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve salesfloor and stockroom organization.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of store management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
