About the Role

  • Service Development

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Performance Management

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.

Cost Control

Oversee the cost of products and services to maintain profitability and make informed business decisions.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal supply chain management.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and customers.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.

Operations Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives and improve efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.

Language

Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
