**Job Title:** Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Demand For HR. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our power distribution team and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of electrical distribution designs and ensure they meet the client's requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and supervise a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including communication of project progress and technical expertise.
  • Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, with a strong background in power distribution and electrical design.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
