Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at JRoss Hospitality Recruiters. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the chef to develop menus and manage food quality and consistency.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, creating a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in upscale restaurant management with a strong focus on leadership and team development.
  • Extensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, including financial management.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
